What the heck did I buy for $9.99

I bought this for my three year old son and I think he does love playing with it. It took him a while to figure out that he had finish level 1 before he could move onto level 2. And the timer, he does get made when he cant finish something before the timer goes off. Now with that being said, I paid $9.99 to unlock all stations and I still cant figure out if anything unlocked at all!!! Seems like a waste of money.
